Matza Beauty Enhancements
A private aesthetic clinic devoted to refined, natural results — physician-led facial treatments, delivered with discretion and precision.
Treatments by Dr. Gabriela · Physician & dentist, facial aesthetics
The doctor
One room. One doctor.
Dr. Gabriela, a physician and dentist, is the only injector at MBE. The doctor who assesses your face is the one holding the syringe — and the one who answers when you message a week later.
Her approach is especially conservative: the whole face first, treatment in stages, always room left to add. Dr. Gabriela will never pressure or persuade you into a treatment that isn’t necessary.

Injectable treatments are medical procedures. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. All treatments require an in-person consultation and a suitability assessment beforehand. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Nothing shown on this website is a substitute for a medical consultation at the clinic. Treatments are available to adults aged eighteen and over.

One face. A few decisions.
Start anywhere
Almost nobody needs just one thing, so the whole face is assessed first. Use the arrows to turn her, and tap a point to read about it.
Cheeks
Lift, not volume. Support placed high on the cheekbone holds up everything below it, so the face reads rested rather than fuller.
Chin & Jawline
The profile line. A defined chin and a clean jaw border sharpen the angle between jaw and neck, and lengthen the look of the neck.
Eyes
The most delicate area on the face. The hollow beneath is a volume problem, the fine lines at the corner a muscle one — two different answers.
Lips
Shape and hydration before volume. Work starts at the border and the cupid’s bow, corrects asymmetry, and only then adds body.
Common questions
Less than you are picturing. Topical anaesthetic goes on for twenty minutes beforehand, most fillers contain lidocaine, and cannula work involves a single entry point rather than repeated needle passes. Lips are the most sensitive area; the jaw and cheeks are barely felt.
Over-treatment happens when volume is added without a plan for the whole face. Treatment here is staged, conservative and reviewed at two weeks — it is always possible to add more, and never pleasant to dissolve too much.
Filler is visible immediately, though swelling means the first forty-eight hours are not representative. The true result settles at around two weeks. Botulinum toxin starts working at day four and reaches full effect around day fourteen.
Most people go straight back to work. Expect some swelling, and the possibility of bruising — more likely around the lips and under the eyes. If you have an event, book at least three weeks before it, not three days.
Hyaluronic acid filler is reversible. A dissolving enzyme breaks it down, and it is kept on site. Say so at the two-week review and it will be addressed — adjusted, added to, or removed.
THE CLINIC
No waiting room full of strangers, no reception desk. One appointment at a time, in a space closer to a living room than a clinic.
How a visit goes
- 01
Consultation
No needles. Medical history, a proper look at your face at rest and in movement, and a straight conversation about what is and isn’t achievable.
- 02
The plan
A written plan with areas, products, volumes and cost — often staged across two or three visits. You take it away. Nothing is decided under pressure.
- 03
Treatment
Photographs, numbing, then the treatment itself — usually 20 to 60 minutes. You see the result in the mirror before you leave.
- 04
Two-week review
Included, always. Swelling has settled, we re-photograph, and anything needing refinement gets refined. This appointment is not an upsell.
BOOK
Consultations are unhurried and carry no obligation to book a treatment. Dr. Gabriela replies personally.

Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to use this website, and visit the clinic, with dignity and independence. This statement sets out what has been done, what is still being worked on, and how to reach us.
Accessibility level
The website was built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
What has been done
- The site is available in Hebrew and English, with a full right-to-left layout in Hebrew.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard alone, with a “Skip to content” link and a visible focus outline.
- Buttons, links and images carry descriptions for screen readers, in both languages.
- Text is black on a light background, set at readable sizes, and the page can be zoomed in.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and computers.
- Movement on the pages is gentle and stops when your device asks for reduced motion; nothing flashes and there is no sound.
- The pages are built with proper headings, so they can be navigated by section.
Known limitations
The face on the Treatments page is a picture. Everything it shows is also given as text in the box beneath it, and each point on the face is a labelled button. If any part of the website is hard for you to use, please let us know and we will fix it or give you the information another way.
The clinic
The clinic is a private, one-room clinic in Mevo Beitar, with one appointment at a time. If you need any adjustment for your visit, please tell us when you book and we will arrange it with you in advance.
